NLB Read Your Zodiac
We were commissioned by NLB to create a Public Library Singapore (PLS) Social Engagement series, boosting Facebook engagement and driving traffic to PLS resources. With a month of February launch, we tapped into Lunar New Year—a widely celebrated festival—to spark interest and strengthen brand connections. Our campaign featured Zodiac Readings, linking them back to PLS resources in a fun, engaging way.
We included a giveaway to drive participation, making interaction even more rewarding. The campaign’s idea and design won a Marketing-Interactive MARKies Award for Most Creative – Customer Engagement (Bronze).
The result:
• Total reach: Over 713,242 people reached over only 8 days;
• Over 3,000 NEW followers gained during the campaign period alone ;
• All-time-high engagement rate of 6.85%;
• Total engagement of 11,394 during the posting period.
